    It’s August, and you know what that means!  Lindy in the Park will be celebrating its founding waaaaaay back in 1996! Twenty one years! TWENTYONE!!

    Which means: Extended hours, potluck, and of course, lots of dancing!

    Sunday, May 21, 2017: Lindy in the Park canceled due to Bay to Breakers

    Hi Everyone,

    Due to the Bay to Breakers race, which runs along JFK Drive next to our dance area, Lindy in the Park is canceled for this Sunday, May 21, 2017.

    Lindy in the Park will return the following Sunday, May 28, at its regular time (11:00am-2:00pm) and place (weather permitting, of course) and resume its normal weekly schedule.

    Hi Everyone,

    Lindy in the park is canceled today, Sunday, April 16, 2017, due to rain. It is currently sprinkling here in San Francisco, and the forecasts do not look good.  But we hope to be back next week!

    Daylight Savings “Spring Forward” this weekend

    Daylight Savings Time begins this coming Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 2:00 a.m.

    So before going to bed on Saturday, remember to set all your clocks and watches forward one hour. That way, you won’t miss out on an hour of dancing — or worse, show up when it’s over!
